Engagement scope
Each engagement will define scope, timeline, and deliverables in a separate written agreement.
Payment terms
Fees are outlined in the engagement proposal and are due according to agreed milestones.
Client materials
Clients must ensure they have authorization to share system documentation and metadata.
Intellectual property
DBVI Signal retains ownership of proprietary frameworks and templates, while clients retain ownership of their data.
Termination
Either party may terminate with written notice. Work completed to date remains payable.
Dispute resolution
Disputes will be resolved in good faith with a primary venue in Port Denham, California.
